Our bin cleaning equipment has been specifically designed to have as little impact on the environment as possible. The water used to clean the bins is recycled and thoroughly filtered throughout the cleaning process.

This significantly reduces our waste water. Some companies use fresh water for each clean, a practice that is contrary to the good practice guidelines issued by the Environment Agency, and serves no benefit in terms of cleanliness.

Our water is disposed of at the end of the working day at a location designated by the Water Authority. No waste water is allowed to run out into the watercourse through storm drains and no dirt or used water is left at the roadside. All our detergents and disinfectants are 100% biodegradable and we keep our carbon footprint to the minimum by designing our cleaning rotas to be as mile-efficient as possible.
 

If you are elderly or disabled and require assistance we will replace your bin to a designated place.

We don't want any payment until the first time we clean your bin/s. We will then drop in an invoice with a pre-paid envelope. Please pay within seven days of your first clean.

When will my bin be cleaned?
We will visit your house on the same day that the council empty your bin and clean it ready for when you return home in the evening.

What if the council return my bin to a designated place because I'm elderly or disabled?
If this is the case simply let us know and we will collect your bin clean it and return it to the designated place.

If you want the service to stop at any time, please let us know. Otherwise, service will continue and reminders will be issued when further payments are due. To avoid unnecessary charges, please let us know if your bin is not going to be available for cleaning at any time.

We use the same cleaning process for both two wheeled domestic bins and four wheeled commercial bins.

Our specialist equipment lifts the bin onto our bin washer and we blast the dirt away using a powerful hand lance to remove marks and stains.

The excess water is then drained away and the bin is dried, disinfected and deodorised.

All the water used in this process is filtered and recycled to reduce wastage and the bin is left looking and smelling clean and fresh.
